A Bronx Tale

This tattoo is about my client Alexandra's story of growing up in the Bronx, NYC. She used to enjoy the old tree with ivy outside her house as a child, which is now gone. Then some years later her grandparents' house burned down, with the only surviving possession being her grandfather's rusty old harmonica, which my drawing was based on. The background scenery was inspired by her favorite childhood movie, The Land Before Time.
